The Power of Prayer in Your Weight Loss Journey

Jesus pulled away daily during his time of ministry to pray. Often times we get so busy with the details of life that time with God gets squeezed out. When the challenges of life hit us, we run to food for comfort and companionship to fix our issues. I challenge you to run to God in 2019 and pour out your heart to him instead of the quick fix of a good meal or dessert. God is able to help us at every point we are tempted. Psalm 46:1 says, God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. HE is all we need, not food.
