Happy New Year! It's like Christmas Day and I can't wait to see what gifts God unfolds for all of us this year as we journey through wellness, weight loss and weight maintenance. God is good!
If you are struggling, the struggle is over!
If you don't have a plan, get one.
If you feel weak, trust God...He will make you strong.
If you have health conditions, believe God...He will heal you.
If you are discouraged, depressed, anxiety ridden, surrender it all...
Because this is the year that all that has happened is in the past. This is the reality: you can begin today making a new plan, purpose and future. A future where you are the picture of success.
